Welcome to the inaugural Road to Hope Spring Scramble! We will be hosting 18 holes of Scramble at the gorgeous Lac La Biche Golf & Country Club. We are a registered, non-profit organization providing transportation to cancer patients in the Lac La Biche and Athabasca Counties. This service is at no expense to the client and we are volunteer run. Your participation in this event will help us continue to meet our mandate! Some of these sponsorships have only one allocation, so it will be first come, first serve!

 

Below you will find our registration form with all of the appropriate information. Sponsors will be recognized in various media and printed materials, therefore please fill out the company, or individual, name exactly as you would like to see it appear. As well, a copy of your company logo should be sent to our Coordinator, Jessica at coordinator@roadtohope.ca.
